Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?

Since we filmed our preliminary task we have made many changes to our full sequence and have used many different tools in order to improve the film opening and make it better than our preliminary task. In our preliminary task we used many different camera angles such as over the shoulder shot, close up and pan, these shots were again used in our opening sequence. However in our preliminary task there was no music or sound added in and we decided thia must be included in our opening sequencve in order to heklp create a suitable atmosphere and to make our sequence more intriguing and realistic. The editing in our preliminary wasnt very good either as there were many continuity errors and thsi could get us a lower mark overall, so we worked hard on editing to make sure there were no errors and our clip made sense with scenes flowing better between each other. From our preliminary to our actual sequence we learnt how to manage our time better for example, in our preliminary we edited once we had all our footage whereas in our actual sequence we edited whilst we filmed each scenes as this gave us more time and helped us correct mistakes.
